Classroom Rules & Expectations
1.) Come to class prepared both physically and mentally.
2.) Be on time.
3.) Be productive during all activities and attentive during all lessons (SLANT).
4.) Only leave the room when given permission.
5.) Ms. Houser dismisses class, not the bell.
6.) Follow directions the first time they are given.
7.) Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
8.) Respect your peers, your teacher, and your classroom.
9.) Keep your head up and off the desk.
10.) No "I cant's" or negative attitudes you can and WILL succeed!

Cell Phone Policy
The first 2 weeks of school:
ZERO TOLERANCE- no use of cell phones allowed. If accessed at all, it will be placed in a Yondr Pouch, and will be returned at the end of the class. If a student refuses, it will be sent to the HERD, where it can be picked up at the end of the day.
Following the first 2 weeks of school:
Cell phones may be used at the teacher's discretion. If a phone is accessed when permission has not been given, it will be placed in a Yondr Pouch, and will be returned at the end of class. If a student refuses, it will be sent to the HERD, where it can be picked up at the end of the day.
If a student contineus to use their phones during a time when permission has not been given, a parent or guardian will have to pick it up from the HERD.
